Delivery times Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 3-4 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 5-21 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order. If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email when your items are ready and provide details on pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
